Went to the last one of these for the year last night. It was awesome. Not only did I sell more clocks than my last two events combined (Expedition Man + Donner Triathlon), but it had a great energy, amazing artisans, and killer food.
My wife & I made a date night out of it and supported the other vendors by buying killer grass fed kabobs, eating homemade apple pie, and throwing in a buck to the three middle school kids blowing on their trumpets. It had such a great community feel to it, we definitely are going to go to a few more of these next summer when they start up again. Some we'll be vendors at, but some just to come and partake! When we were packing up our booth at 9, the band was still going strong and it looked like the party was just starting.
If you're local, you need to put Truckee Thursday on your bucket list for next summer! It rocks!
